strange boot issue

When I start XP ... once it reaches the desktop a folder opens (i.e.
c:\ahead\nero) it started doing this a while back and does it on every
start.
Any ideas as why???
Seems I saw this before in here or another group but couldn't find it again.

Go to: Start | Run | and type 'msconfig'. Go to the startup tab to find
where the offending folder is starting from. Then go there and delete the
shortcut.
