STP4.EXE

I keep seeing that STP4.EXE is taking all the available
processor time on my machine I am unaware what the file
is or what it does, it is installed in the windows
directory. Does anyone have any insote to the nature of
this file?
 
Search for the file name on google and see if anything comes up!
 
I have looked on google and I have found no referances to
anyting I can find to be related
