Stopping the popping up when popping in

When I load a CD a window always pops up asking what I want to do.
I always select "nothing" and "remember this".

But it still asks next time.
How can I make XP Home do nothing whenever I load a CD?

Tweakui has an option to disable it.

The Tweakui website says Tweakui works only with US English
and my system is set up for UK English.
