Stopping sent emails going to sent items

Our organisation sents out bulk emails to it's membership on a regular basis.
How can we stop these mails going into the Sent Items Folder?

Disable the option to save a copy in Sent Items.
The generic option can be found in Tools-> Options-> button E-mail
