I am getting a 3rd party ppo up everytime I start
Internet Explorer. I've deleted all temporary internet
files and cookies. But, it still appears. Anyone know
how I can stop this pop up.

Thanks

Try adaware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
or spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/
or Google's Toolbar with nopops enabled
or a program like nopops from http://www.jpsoft.dk/products.html

All these are free.

Also ensure you are running a virus scanner with current virus definitions.

I had the same problem and this seemed to do the trick.
Start / Run / Type services.msc / scroll down to messenger
(it says not MS messenger) and STOP IT! Good luck!
