stop sending old email when login to outlook

How to stop an Outlook XP sending a email (which was sent previously to a
receipient) every time login to Outlook.

Hi Hansa,
do you use web access?
if so, please delete the item on the server!
 
Are these e-mails listed in the "Sent Items" folder? How about the "Outbox"
folder? You may consider the following options:
Outlook>Tools>Options>Preferences>E-mail>E-mail options> uncheck
automatically save unsent messages and Tools>Options>Mail setup> Clear "Send
immediately when connected". This option may provide the opportunity to
check if messages are ending up in the outbox folder.
