WHEN STARTING UP MY COMPUTER, IT GOES PARTIALLY THRU STARTUP THEN I GET A STOP MESSAGE, INACCESSABLE BOOT DEVICE. PLEASE HELP ON WHAT TO DO. THANKS

If you supply more details about the exact wording of the stop
message, and what exactly you did to your PC before, then
someone might be able to give you some more specific
advice. And by the way, writing messages all in upper
case is usually called "shouting" in newsgroups. Please do
not shout.
