stop error

I keep getting a stop error on my ibm 600e. When windows
2000 is loading the screen goes blue and then this is what
is displayed.

stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190256, 0xF743B748, 0xF743B3A0,
0xBFF4212C) NTSF_FILE_SYSTEM
***Address BFF4212C Base at BFED5000, Date stamp 38437ed3-
Ntfs.sys

Disable or uninstall antivirus, disk defragmentation or
back up ultilitied. Check hard drive config, and check
for update drivers. Run CHKDSK/F for hard drive
corruption and restart.


Now the only problem is that it frezzes up there. I cant
do anything other than restart it and it does the same
thing over. Any help would be much appreciated.
