After I upgrade win2k pro to service pack 4, I'm getting
errors on boot
Stop: 0x0000006B (0x0000033,
PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

Hey Alex...

Does the error occur when booting into Safe Mode as well?

Go into recovery console and try a CHKDSK /r to see if there is any file
corruption.
