Stop Error 0x0000000A

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone figured out a solution for the IRQL_NOT_LESS_ OR_ EQUAL Stop
Error. When I try to shut down my computer the blue screen comes up and it
restarts. I know it has to do with memory. Does the memory have to be
replaced?
If anyone has any ideas how to fix this problem, I'd appreciate it.
