Hi everyone,

I have problem when I install my norton anti-virus program from
network. My computer goes into blue screen during the installation. The
message showed that

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUEL (stop 0x0000000A)

I have swaped my memory, it doesn't work. the situation is going worth,
i get the blue screen once i get into windows. I have tried save mode,
it doesn't work (I can not get into save mode too).

can anyone give me some idea.

most times its a hardware thing, the ROM or the disk itself....my advice
don't put norton on your machine...AVG is a good free antivirus
