Stop Ads in Search Companion

How do I stop all the ads that keep poing up inside search companion?

I have the pop-up blocker on, so those don't come up, but they still keep
showing up inside the Search Companion window, often with just the ad by
itself and not the seach comanion fields.

That means that you have a delivery program on your PC, sending the Ads to
you. These can't be blocked by a pop-up blocker. Try doing a Virus/Spyware
Scan. I recommend McAfee Virusscan 9. Also, run msconfig
(Start>Rusn>msconfig) and untick any unwanted Services or Startup programs
and see if that helps at all.

Thanks
I found TV Media spyware. And tried to the MS provided program to remove
it. That program says TV media is not installed, yet I see th program on
startup and in Program Files filder. I tried to take it out of the start up
but it keeps coming back.
