Stop: 0x0000009B

I have been receiving this blue screen error but I can't figure out why. I
get this stop, a memory dump and then the system restarts itself. Any idea
why this might be happening? I can't find any conflicts of any kind. Thanks
for your help.

You can change the automatic reboot behaviour and see if any useful
information is available in the bugcheck stop error message.

Search Windows Help for: automatic restarting
In the Startup and Recovery options deselect "Automatically reboot".
