Memory dump after DVD session

Hi

My pc always does a memory dump (blue screen) after a DVD session. The error
message as below:

STOP: 0x0000009B (0x00140218, 0xBA97A358, 0xBA979FBO, 0X8006560F)
Address 8006560F base at 80062000 DateStamp 419fdd8b - hal.dll

I have w2k pro installed.

Any help appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Hi Dave

Thanks for taking time to reply. I don't think I know how to use the
verifier. Will try and let you know how it turns out.
