STOP 0X0000008E

Hi,

I get the error in the final stage of installing when Vista is rebooting.
The BSOD says:

STOP 0x0000008E (0x80000003, 0x8111AD38, 0x8BD808834, 0x0)

I search the net. It points to RAM, but I tested it with Memtest86+ and with
the MEMtest provided with VISTA.

System:
Giga-byte 8KNF-9 AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+, 2Gb RAM. 3x ATA HDD (no RAID)
Plextor DVD+-RW, Pnnacle TV-card i110. Vista is on the 1st ext.part of the 3d
drive. XP SP2 is on the first prim.part of the 1st drive. I tried with and
without the TV-card.
