Recently my PC has been behaving sluggishly. When looking
at the Task Manager, I notice that stiscv.exe is using all
my CPU. From what I've been able to find, stiscv.exe is a
legitimate application for imaging, but what could cause
it to use all my CPU all of a sudden? I can't even end
the task to release the CPU and use other programs. Any
suggestions?
