Still times out

I cant download from the internet. Ive tried disk clean up and deleting
cookies and temp files but I still cant download anything. I get right to
the run button and when I click on this it looks like it is downloading but
then it has no estimated download time or the green bars dont come up either,
can anybody help me please?

Hi charity136,

Are you using a third-party download manager?
Is the problem seen with one particular site?

Try clearing the Internet Explorer TIF Cache:
