stickykeys

Is it possible to disable stickykeys permanently? In a
couple of old programs I regularly use that will only run
in a window, not in full screen mode, shift is a key used
by itself and frequently. Whenever I hit shift 5 times in
succession, the stickykeys windows pops up. I DON'T WANT
THIS TO HAPPEN! It is extremely annoying and I just want
it to go away. If someone has an idea, please let me
know. Thanks.

I think you may be in the wrong newsgroup, but in XP follow these steps....

1) Go to Start>Control Panel>Accessibility Options>Keyboard.

2) Uncheck the box that says use Sticky Keys.

3) Click OK
