clicking on my computer at startup - nothing happens for
2-3 minutes,except for this animated torch.......can
anyone help? Thanks Terry

Hi Terry,exk

Having WIA service loading at boot can cause this issue. Start/run msconfig,
disable (uncheck) the line that loads Windows Image Acquisition on the
services tab. Click apply/ok and reboot. See if this helps.
