Startup Program-Internet Issue

Hi,

Since a bios update from HP there has been a problem with Internet sites
that are placed in the startup folder. Half the time they won't connect to
the Internet. You have to start them maually.

Just wondering if there is a way around this.

Do the shortcuts work when double clicked from the startup folder?
