Every time I start up my computer, I receive an error that the following four
programs cannot run:

cwbsvstr.exe
cwbinhlp.exe
cwbckver.exe
cwbwlwiz.exe

Each error states that the program cannot run because it is missing
cwbunpls.dll

I have tried to find this online but without any success.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

An IBM laptop? Disable it from startup and if there are any services related
to it stop them.

Pesky Startup Apps:

Start
Run
Type "services.msc" without the quote
Enter
(Look for the Client Access Service)

Why do I blindly say go ahead and uninstall it? Well, if you had to use it
then you'd know it was there. It is for connecting to the AS/400 which you
probably don't do else you'd know why it was there. :)
