Difficulty administering Startup options in XP

M

MES

I am shown as the administrator in XP Home Addition. I want to chang
the startup programs, but when I try to do this I cannot save th
changes. I receive the following message "An Access Denied error wa
returned while attempting to change a service. You may have to logo
using and administrator account to make the specified changes."

I show myself as the administrator so not sure why this is happening.

Thank

You not only can't make proper use of your space bar, you might just
be the group's worst speller.

Leave him alone! The enormous bulk of his answers and recommendations
are completely wrong, and the harder it is for people to read them,
the less likely it is that they will try to follow them.

What services are you trying to change? Why do you think it is
necessary?
