Startup order

I would like to know if there is any way I can change the order in which the
startup items are loaded.
I went into the msconfig utility but there I can only enable or disable
items not change the order.

Any tip is appreciated

There is third-party software that claims to do this. However, according to
Microsoft, the boot order cannot be pre-determined. IMHO, I wouldn't mess
with it.

I know.....but it is a PITA that my internet connection (DSL - ) is the
last one to startup and it is causing my virus scanner to disable the
autoupdate....
I have to manually update it after I am connected.....
