startup help!

Hi, Can anyone help? my spy sweeper keeps flashin up every 2mins saying that Hcogl.exe is trying to startup. I keep telling it to remove it but it keeps coming back. I cant find any information of this anywhere but the file is in my system32 file and says that it was created in 2004. Dont want to allow it cos not sure what it is. can any1 help, thanks
 
hi, thanks for the advise. i have downloaded it and ran it but it could not find any faults.
