spyware cannot be removed

I have a spyware that cannot be removed, I tried to remove it in safe mode and it cannot move. I tried to remove it from the ad and remove programs and it cannot be removed, it did not say anything, it does not say acess denied, it just does not give me the remove option, only change, and when I click change nothing happens.
I have tried to find the file in my computer in systen 32 but I was unsucessful.
I tried to find the file everywhere I did not find it.
I have adaware, and spy sweeper, even norton and none of them can remove it.
the name of file is TrustIn Contextual. Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!
