I was using my laptop with the power cable with no battery in,i knocked the
cable out by mistake.I restarted it but got this message,

we apologise for the inconvience but windows did not start succsesfully,a
recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
if your computer stopped responding ,restated unexpectdly,or was
automatcally shut down to protect yourfiles and folders, choose last known
good configiration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.
if a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or
because the power or reset button was pressed, or if you arent sure what
caused the problem choose startwindows normally.
safe mode
safe mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt
last known good configiration.

I tried start windows normally first ,it starts up,gets to my startup
password page ,i enter my password, press enter .Then it just go'sback to the
windows error page.Ive also tried starting it up in safe mode but does the
same thing.

Try Last known good configuration. If that doesn't work, try a repair
install.
