Excellent.. I just want to make ONE disk !! so I may use the WindowsME one
and can resolve the issue..

| A DOS boot disk has limited usage in an XP system, as it does not support
| reading the NTFS file system. As the WinXP CD is bootable, there is no
| reason to use a startup floppy to load it. If your system is of sufficient
| age that it does not support booting from a CD, then it likely will not
| perform well under WinXP anyways.
