Starting Outlook2003 minimised!

I know Outlook2003 can be minimsed to the system tray, but is there any
option to start Outlook2003 (in System Startup) and have it minimised
automatically to the system tray!

Or am I being thick?

It's not a good idea to put Outlook in Startup since it can cause problems in
the boot order. Allow everything to load first--antivirus, utilities, etc.
Put a shortcut on your Quick Launch bar instead. Then right click on the
shortcut, select Properties, choose Run Minimized. Then as soon as everything
has loaded properly, a quick click starts Outlook.
