Windows Easy Transfer for Windows Vista

Does the settings, mail, contacts, accounts etc from XP/outlook2003 transfer
correctly to Vista/Outlook2007 or just from XP/outlook2003 to
Vista/outlook2003?
Any info I should know about this please add.

Since that is a property of the Operating System, I would think asking in a Windows Vista group will get you a more expert answer.
