how to specific a fixed time to run outlook2003 daily auto archive?

hi there, outlook2003 sp3 client running on xp pro sp2 machine

already set daily running of auto archive, by observation it run after
the first login of outlook2003 client everyday

wondering how can i set the daily running of auto archive to a specific
time, say 1:30pm?

as far as I know, you can't control the exact time. it runs when it decides
to run.
