starting computer

when i start my pc i keep getting a message saying D:\Install\TeraUSB\VTruck2.exe and it keeps telling to put a disc in the drive but i did not have one when i bought the pc, it came already loaded with windows xp and other programs. also it keeps restarting when i try to shut it down.help!!!!!
