Starting at Slide #??

Is it possible to jump to a specific slide by clicking on the slide in
normal view?

in presenter view, you can just click on the next slide
and it will jump to that slide

Not without installing an add-in. The off-the-shelf program does not have
this feature, but add-ins can allow creation of features and productivity
enhancements.
