Startdocprinter Issue

I was trying to print a couple 5x7s using the XP Photo
Printing Wizard and I am receiving an error.

After selecting the pic and following the onscreen
prompts for which layout..as soon as I hit print I get...

The follow error occurred while the wizard was attempting
to print your pictures: A StartDocPrinter call was not
issued.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
