When I start up my computer before I get to the desktop I get a blue screen
with the Windows logo on it. No garbled text. I've let it sit for 30 min. and
no change to the status on the screen. I haven't installed, downloaded, or
done anything that would cause a problem. I get the usual Windows Virus
updates that I install but that's it. If I start up in Safe Mode (F8) what do
I then to do somehow try to get to the bottom of this? So basically I have
two questions, what is the blue screen with the logo, or what do I do next
after starting in safe mode? Thanks!
