I can't find the feature that allowed managing my start up
programs. Was it eliminated on the updated version, or is

Settings-->Real-time protection-->Startup options and

check the "Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware security
engines on startup

When you go to that page, what do you see in the left hand pane?
