Start menu question

Greetings,

I am lookng for a way to do in XP what I have in W2K. In W2K my Start menu
slides up and down in and out of view in a slow and smooth fashion. I
cannot find a way to get XP to do the same thing. Does anyone know how to
do this?

Right click desktop, properties, appearance tab, effects button, set as you
like.

Enable the "scroll program" option in the taskbar and start menu settings
under customize.
