Customize Action of Start Menu

Greetings,

I am lookng for a way to do in XP what I have in W2K. In W2K my Start menu
slides up and down in and out of view in a slow and smooth fashion. I
cannot find a way to get XP to do the same thing. Does anyone know how to
do this?

Control Panel, System, Advanced, Performance. You can adjust the way things slide in/fade in and out there.
