Start Menu Problem

Can anyone please let me know how to get my Programs back
into the Program Folder on the Start menu at the moment
when I click onto the Programs tab there is nothing there
but they were there yesterday I have also lost the
Windows Update Tab as well im running in Classic Mode

Hi,

You may try the System Restore Option

Click Start
Click All Programs
Click Accessories
Click System Tools
Click System Restore
Restore My Computer to an earlier time, Click Next
Select a appropriate date to restore
Click Next

The machine will restart and restore the setting to the
selected date.
