Start menu picture

I have always been able to have a picture next to the
user name pn the Start Menu. Sudddenly the picture
disappeared and although I select one from User Accounts,
it won't display. Can someone tell me how to restore a
picture?

The picture will be available if Welcome Screen is enabled.
