The Start Menu "Help & Support" link on the Start Menu
(Windows XP Home) has stopped working. What can I do to
get it back? Does this have to do with some problem
related to my having downloaded XP and Internet Explorer
Service Packs and/or Patches; which downloading I've
diligently done over months, as they came out?
I notice that there are now "updated editions" of some of
the older Windows XP Svce. Packs / Updates that overcome
errors involved with the earlier ones. Is there some set
of simple steps to take to remove (the old ones) and re-
download/install some of these new releases- which would
overcome the (above) problem? Will Microsoft offer
support with "fixing" this problem, if it's related to
problems with the Service packs and Updates they've
published over the months?
