Start an alert automatically when O.S. starts

Hi.

Is there a way of having a Performance Monitor Alert
started when the operating system starts ?

I'm running Windows 2000 with SP 4.

The Alerter service is started by default on Windows 2000 Server but is not
in Windows 2000 Professional

You can configure any service to start automatically at startup.
Go to the control panel
Go to service
Click the service
Set such a way service will start at startup
