Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your video card,
search for Windows XP drivers, download and install them. Once
this is accomplished, the Standby button will become enabled.

If you have a notebook PC, then visit the notebook manufacturer's
support website and download the Windows XP video adapter drivers.

Hi

Regarding the standby option this is available only if ur computer supports hibernation. Contact your computer dealer/manufacture to determine if your computer supports standby/hibernation
