Standby requires a login

Hi,

I've got XP Home set up to auto-logon on boot, with no welcome
screen. It goes right into the session.

When I press Turn Off Computer, I get the three-button (four with
Cancel) dialog, where I can choose Standby, Restart, or Shutdown.

All that is perfect. But when I come back from Standby, I get the
login dialog again, which holds things up. I'm the only user, and
there is no password. Yet I see no way in TweakUI to eliminate
this dialog.

Control panel > power options > advanced > uncheck the option to require
password when resuming from standby.
