Stalled Shared FAX Service

Hi:
I am running SFS under SBS2000, and the service has
stalled. When I use the Services MMC to try to restart
the service it never stops so that I can restart it. The
Services MMC stows the status as "Stopping" and has showed
that for several hours.
Does anyone know how I can get the service stopped
(and restarted) without rebooting the Server?

Hi Peter,

I had a similar problem which was solved by stopping the "fax service" (not
your shared fax service) in services and changing the start up type to
"Disabled". I found that the two fax services where conflicting.
