squeaking sounds when Scrolling and Maximizing/Minimizing

O

Osmani Amine

I have a question to whoever can help me,
after surfing some website, my pc started making weird
sounds when I scroll down in any program or folder, when
I am maximizing or minimizing any program or folder and
when I right click or select icons or tabs. I tried to
stop that from my control panel but it showed that no
sounds were supposed to be played in these situations.
I hope someone out there could help me stop these
annoying sounds.
thanks a lot
Amine

Is the sound coming from your speakers?
From the PC internal speaker?
From your CRT?

In the last instance, it could be a capacitor going bad.
Try reducing refresh rate and or resolution.
Does the sound go away?
