SQL?

We are novices at Outlook and discovered today that the SQL filter criteria
had disappeared. How do I get it back and what did I do to vanish it in the
first place? We are on a network and all but one computer has been affected,
but that one had limited criteria on it.
 
Can you provide some more details on where are you using SQL Filter
Criteria? Is this on Outlook Views?
