SpywareGuard

How do I know if SpywareGuard it working properly? It's in my sys tray but
how can I be sure it's checking my exe and cab files. I was sent a zip file
with an exe enclosed. Is there any way to check that SpywareGuard checked
the file?

I believe SpywareGuard will only "activate" if it detects some type of
"spyware" that is trying to install itself onto you system. It does not
normally scan incoming/outgoing emails. You should also be running
anti-virus, AD Aware SE, Spybot: Search and Destroy and CWShredder in order
to try to be safer.
