Spyware write protected subdirectory

CYDOOR ADWARE Spyware write protected subdirectory C:\program
files\toolbars\temp and will not let me unprotect it. Any thought on how to
get rid of this will be appreciated. I have already down loaded MS
antispyware beta1, shut off system restore, and run every anti spyware I can
find (MS Anti spyware, highjack this, Adaware) and noting can kill this.
