spreadsheet

I am having problems with my xp works spreadsheet.
Sometimes when I try and open the program, it'll show
that it is opening but will not show the spreadsheet.
Then tells me that I am exceeding the allowable number of
spreadsheets to be opened. That I need to close the ones
that are open to be able to open a new one. The problem
is, I have no idea where they are opening up to.
