Spotify

Hi All,

I've not had any trouble in the past but as of today Windows Defender does
not appear to be letting Spotify start. The process MsMpEng starts taking
more cpu and the Spotify app doesn't appear (although the process is
running). If I kill MsMpEng then Spotify starts. Two things changed today,
Spotify released an upgrade (I think) and I uninstalled CA's eTrust. I'm
running a beta of Windows 7.

Cheers,

Tim.

I'm with Engel.

You should have an antivirus.

www.microsoft.com/security/portal

Get Microsoft Security Essentials--lower right corner--two clicks, I think.

It includes Windows Defender's functionality and should properly disable it
on Windows 7.
